• Cancellation Policy for Medical Clinic Appointments

At Dr H Consult we strive to provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients. In order to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to respect the time of both our medical practitioners and our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy for appointments:

1. Appointment Booking:

  1. To secure an appointment for an initial consultation that costs £150, patients are required to make a deposit of £50 prior to the appointment.
  2. The deposit can be made using a secure payment link provided by our clinic.
  3. For online consultations the full £150 consultation fee will be paid in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  1. Once a deposit has been made and a date has been scheduled for the appointment, our clinic enforces a 28-day cancellation policy.
  2. If a patient cancels their appointment:
    1. If the cancellation occurs before the 28-day period, the patient forfeits their deposit (full fee for online consultations).
    2. However, if the cancellation is due to medical reasons, the deposit will be refunded.

3. Rescheduling:

  1. If a patient needs to reschedule their appointment, we kindly request that they reach out to us as soon as possible.
  2. Our clinic will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

4. Exceptions:

  1. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, our clinic may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy at our discretion.
  2. Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and patients are encouraged to communicate with our clinic regarding their situation.

5. Procedures:

  1. All procedures require a £250 or £500 deposit (depending on overall procedure cost) taken to secure a booking date and time.
  2. Where treatments are multistage or contains multiple procedures then the deposit will be held and deducted from your final procedure.
  3. The full procedure balance agreed is to be paid by the procedure date.
  4. Once deposits and balances are paid these are non-refundable unless there is a medically exempt reason and supporting letter from your doctor/GP sent prior to the appointment date.

By adhering to this cancellation policy, we aim to maintain the efficiency of our clinic while ensuring fair treatment for all our patients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
